House rules

BeArtz is a shared creative residency designed to support focus, rest, and independent artistic practice. Guests are asked to approach the space with care, consideration, and respect for others staying in the house. Please keep shared spaces clean and tidy after use, particularly the kitchen and studios. Be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Guests are encouraged to respect one another’s working rhythms and personal space.
