House rules

Respect fellow residents, their belongings and their creative space. No noise in the house between 11pm and 8am. No alcohol or drugs on the premises at any time. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Bedrooms and studio spaces should be kept clean and tidy throughout your stay. The kitchen and living rooms are communal spaces and may not be used as studios. Please clean and put away dishes immediately after use. Laundry is only available on Sundays and Thursdays, and washing should be line-dried r...
