What kind of creatives can come?

Perfect for: artist residencies (drawing, painting if it is a clean practice, as I have an easel and an area to paint), creative retreats, research stays, writing projects, exhibition preparation, or anyone looking for an inspiring home base in New York City.

House rules

No animals, leave home as it was, no painting or anything that can leave marks in the house outside of the designated studio area, no use of the materials in the studio as it is mine in the cabinets (no materal is included).

Important things to note

Depending on your practice and length of stay we plan together the studio space required. I can accomodate for painters (no material included).
