Flexible, bookable spaces designed for independent creatives. These stays provide the time, privacy, and environment to focus — whether that’s writing, painting, composing, or simply thinking. These can be anything from creative's private homes with spare bedrooms (or renting out the whole place) to micro-residencies and art retreats.

Our Commission Structure

Artelio operates on a simple principle — we only earn when you do.

For 'Creatives Stays' listings

Our commission is applied per booking and decreases with longer stays, supporting more meaningful creative experiences.

Host commission:

1 week: 10%

2 weeks: 9%

3 weeks: 8%

1 month+: 7%

There is also a 1.5% processing fee for each party.

Creative platform fee (for the user not host):

4% added at checkout

Payments are processed securely through the platform, with payouts released after check-in.

Our guests are creatives — including artists, writers, musicians, photographers, dancers, ceramicists, sculptors and thinkers — looking for meaningful environments to focus on their work.

We prioritise quality, attracting individuals who value their surroundings and respect the spaces they stay in.

Payments & Security

All bookings and payments are handled securely through Artelio.

Guests pay upfront, and payouts are released to hosts 24hrs after check-in. This ensures a smooth, reliable process for both sides.

Flexibility & Control

Your Space, Your Terms

You set your availability, pricing, and house rules. Whether you offer shorter stays (1 week minimum) or longer immersion, you remain in full control of how your space is hosted.

Remember, we aren't able to allow bookings to be made further than 90 days in advance. You can still create the listing and this is a good idea as creatives can see it and wait for it to be bookable.
