Be-Artz Paris Loft Residency is intended for quiet residential and creative use. The loft forms part of a wider community of artist studios and shared garden spaces, so guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and the calm atmosphere of the property. Noise after 10:30pm is not permitted. The space is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings.
