House rules

60 m2 one-bedroom, self-catering apartment with studio space. - Kitchen ​/​ Dining room: SMEG electric oven. Dishwasher. Fridge with small freezer component. Important things to note

Minimum one-week residencies there is no maximum amount, if you want to stay for a month or longer you can! Living in the House - We do not allow late night parties in the FAIRE residency and would ask that you respect the neighbours and village quiet hours (no obtrusive noise between 10pm-8am) - Smoking policy: The FAIRE Residency is strictly no smoking. - Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed.
