The Villa is located on a secure gated street just steps from vibrant markets and small local restaurants. Our home is only a short drive from iconic beaches, cultural landmarks, and the subway station. We reside onsite and warmly welcome you to our Brazilian paradise. Each morning begins with breakfast prepared by us, featuring fresh local coffee, seasonal fruits, and regional specialties. The guests will have their own suite equipped with air-conditioner and blackout curtains, cleaning room service once a week, free wi-fi, access to the outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. Our area is very quiet, making it perfect for the creative minds who desire to relax or work while inspired by the nature that surrounds us.

House rules

1. You will have a private suite to stay where your belongings will be kept safe. Wi-Fi is included. 2. We like to keep our property as clean as possible and we have maid’s service once a week. The lady will clean the bedroom, bathroom, change sheets and towels at no extra cost to you. 3. The room is rented to you only, we don’t allow extra guests to share your room. You are not allowed to bring friends or anybody to our home. 4. No smoking inside the house and no drugs at all are allowed in the property. 5. Socially drinking is allowed as long as the guest knows how to keep themselves in good behaviour. 6. No irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour with the people or our pet, nor with the property are tolerated. In case this happens, our agreement will be terminated with no reimbursement to the guest, and the guest will be asked to leave immediately. 7. You will be responsible for purchasing your food and preparing your meals. We will provide you with an outdoor kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, cups, and silverware. You can store your food in the outdoor fridge, and at occasions there will be another guest sharing the kitchen with you. We ask that everyone respect each other’s food. 8. You will be responsible for buying your laundry detergents, personal care items (soaps and shampoos). We offer personal laundry service once a week, you just need to communicate to us to agree on a proper day and time. 9. This is also our home and we have our personal items everywhere. We ask that you respect our space as you wish to be respected. Please don’t open cabinets or use anything without our consent, if you need anything, we will be more than happy to help as much as possible. 10. We will provide you with a key to the front gate to allow you freedom to come and go. In case you lose your key, please let us know immediately. We will provide a second set of keys for a fee of US$20. 11. We also ask that you keep the front gate closed every time you leave or arrive. We have a puppy that needs to be kept safe inside the property at all times, and we want to keep our property safe for ourselves also. 12. If you need help with anything, like finding the grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery, bank, subway, Uber, restaurants, etc, we will be more than happy to guide and teach you. Our goal is that you have a great time, positive experience while visiting Rio, and ultimately making good friends here.
